Everyone now has a point and reputation in their profile! Basically you get points by posting, yadayadayada, and you get rep. points by people voting for you. To vote, just click the "+" on the side of that person's post. It's pretty cool, at least I think so. (:

yes; only admins can award people points at will. otherwise points increase automatically.

people have to vote for you for your reputation to increase. to vote, just click the "+" sign on the side of your nominee's post.
