Rules of Rating

These art forums are places where people submit their pieces for feedback and constructive criticism. Now, please try to be nice about it. Be honest, but nice. If you're posting here, you better be ready for some honest feedback, and it may not be what you wanted. Now, if someone submits something that sucks to holy Heck, then don't be so straightforward. Say something like "it's not great, but it looks like you put a lot of work into, so that is really nice. However, you should probably practice before you submit any more." Someone would much rather read that than "EWW THAT SUCKS." Just use common sense. Also, you should tell people how they can improve their work, rather than just rating it and going byebye. Because practice makes perfect, and if you don't know what to practice on, then you will never improve.
