Stupid Substitute

Today was a HORRIBLE day at school. We had a sub for Lang. Arts, and we had to do so much work. First, we had to finish 10 workbook pages front and back (3 of them were "re-write the paragraph without mistakes" crap), do 8 pages in the textbook where we have to re-write the sentance, underline this, circle that; the other things we had to do were to re-write our paragraphs onto a big 'special' sheet of paper, and the last part was to write a 2 page story on drugs and how to stay away from them.
All that in just 45 minutes. We have to finish it for homework and ALL of it is going to be graded tomorrow.

This is why I hate substitutes...

The only thing worse than your day being disrupted by a stupid sub, is when the teacher tells the sub to overload us with too much crap we'll never use in life.

My slacker social studies teacher has a tendency to do that. It's an unrealistic amount of work she assigns. LUCKILY that's only when there's a sub.

Yeah, what sucks is that we didn't have to do any of it, we didn't even go over it. The teacher said we wouldn't but we have one more day to finish our story. I can manage a story in two days, but why give us so much crap and not even see if we did it? I actually tried because she ALWAYS goes over it.
